How do I purchase?

As we have only just launched our website, we are initially just taking email and phone orders to ensure the launch goes smoothly, as we do not want to compromise our reputation for reliability during this expansion. 


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.


How do I book a delivery?

When your item is ready we will call you to book a convenient delivery slot.


Can I collect my order?

Of course, saving you money in the process!


Do I need to be in when you deliver?

Yes, we need someone to be there to sign for the delivery, unless it doesn’t need assembling and you have a neighbour willing to take it in.


I have a problem with my purchase, can I return it?

If you think that there is a manufacturing fault with your new product (or an assembly fault where we have assembled it for you) then please let us know as soon as possible. Send us an email to info@absolutecomfortfurniture.co.uk with your order number, details, and any pictures of the issue and we’ll look into it straight away.


Will my product come with a guarantee?

Of course! All of our products come with a guarantee, and some come with an additional warranty period as well. The length of the guarantee varies from 1 year to 10 years depending on the manufacturer.


Can I try the beds out first?

Of course you can – in fact, we’d encourage it! Obviously, our online range is greater than we can fit in our Gwersyllt and Queensferry stores, so ring or email us beforehand to check if we have it in stock.
